Announcing Anywhere365 Release 6
February 14. 2018 – Marchwood SI partner, WORKSTREAMPEOPLE, has announced the availability of Release 6 of their Anywhere365 Unified Contact Center for Skype for Business & Microsoft Teams. Their largest release to date, Release 6 offers exciting new features and functionality including:
- Audio conversation transcription to CRM reduces the time it takes supervisors to listen to recorded conversations for quality monitoring and compliance purposes. Using Speech to Text integration, the dialogue transcript can be written back automatically to your back-office systems for ease of search and analysis with BI tools.
- Improved outbound capabilities including the new Campaign Dialer which can run in Preview and Progressive dialer modes. The Autonomous Dialer adds automatic outbound dialing for such functionality as running personalized interactive surveys to gauge customer satisfaction.
- The new Direct Client Interceptor (DCI) allows Office365 / Cloud PBX customers to utilize Anywhere365 functionality including audio recordings and Dialogue intelligence. DCI provides Anywhere365 feature parity between Skype for Business on-premises users and cloud-based Skype for Business Online / Cloud PBX users.
- Chat translation from/to 60 languages. Integration with the Microsoft Translator Text API allows customers to use their preferred language while engaged in a chat conversation with an agent. The agent receives translated messages in the WebChat interface and their responses are then translated back into the customers’ language.
- Bot Framework integration enables WebChat to integrate with different social media channels such as, Facebook
Messenger, Telegram and Twitter. Customers can interact with agents using the social media platform of their choice.
